Task 11: Recommended tools for social media engagement (Use this as your post title)
From my studies and experience , I would recommend YouTube and Facebook as two social media tools as being beneficial to libraries .
The reasons are both applications are librarian friendly , quite popular and globally used to share library events, journalism, community events and more .
